Crab stuffed mushrooms with fontina and basil cream

Caesar salad for two with heart shaped parmesan croutons

Entree Combo

Lobster Thermador: Australian tail

Cooked and split, tail meat then cut into bite size pieces

Restuffed, topped with white wine, garlic,

lemon butter sauce, toasted breadcrumbs

Beef Tenderloin Medallions

Red wine peppercorn & horseradish sauce on the side

Wild mushroom risotto with roasted vegetables

Brioche rolls

If you prefer chicken instead of beef

Crispy Organic Chicken Breast

Rolled with spinach, manchego and asparagus

John Schenk has been catering annual private events for my business for 27 years as well as amazing private parties in my home. He also prepared an exceptional multi-course sit down meal for my daughter's wedding a few years ago. The variety of menus and quality of his ingredients is second to none. My guests have always looked forward to these events as John's attention to detail in all of his dishes is exceptional.
